The Power of Routine Abroad - Creating Stability on the Move

Routine used to sound like the opposite of freedom.

Now it’s what keeps us grounded, no matter where we are.

When we first started living abroad, everything felt exciting, new cities, new apartments, new faces. But after a while, the constant change caught up with us.

We lost track of time zones, skipped workouts, and lived in a blur of work and travel.

Freedom without rhythm quickly becomes chaos.

That’s when we realized we didn’t need less structure, we needed our own kind of structure.
